Welcome to our company
Link-Brucke is a Kenyan-based institution focused on linking skilled and non-skilled Kenyan youth with credible opportunities to work or study outside Kenya.
Link-Brucke is not focused on making profits out of desperate youth. Our core mission is to help candidates pursue dignified, legal employment or suitable education pathways abroad and build sustainable livelihoods.
The intent of Link-Brucke is to partner with reputable employers, education institutions, training organizations, and other partners abroad to expand work and study opportunities for Kenyan youth and, progressively, youth from other African countries. We aim to bridge the gap between African talent, learning ambitions, and global opportunities with integrity and a heart for service.
Link-Brucke is a Kenyan-based employment, education access, and mobility institution serving skilled and non-skilled youth who aspire to work or study abroad. Our multidisciplinary leadership brings experience in healthcare, education, institutional management, business development, social impact, and international collaboration. Candidate dignity comes before commercial gain: we reject exploitative practices and are guided by integrity, transparency, and service.
We develop partnerships with reputable employers, education institutions, and training organizations abroad to facilitate lawful employment and credible study pathways for Kenyan youth and, progressively, youth from other African countries. We assess candidate goals, verify skills where applicable, provide application and documentation guidance, support readiness for international workplaces or learning environments, and coordinate responsible mobility. Link-Brucke facilitates these pathways but does not guarantee admission, visas, or employment placement.
